Disclaimers
The Stagecon App is provided "as is" and without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or that it will meet your requirements. While there may be updates to the app in the future we cannot grantee this. We are not responsible for any damages that may result from your use of the App. That being said, if you have an issue with the app please do not hesitate to reach out to us here and we will do our best to assist you.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the owners of the Stagecon App from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Texas.
Changes to this Agreement
We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. You should review this Agreement periodically for any changes. Your continued use of the App after any modifications to this Agreement will constitute your acceptance of such modifications.
